Privacy Policy
AI.Note Privacy Policy
AI.Note is designed with privacy by default. Our principle is simple: we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers.
1. Data We Collect
AI.Note does not collect personal data such as your name, email, phone number, audio recordings, transcripts, or note content on our servers.
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Content you create in the app, including audio notes, transcripts, AI summaries, tags, and dates, is stored locally on your phone.
3. Data Transfer
AI.Note does not upload your notes or audio files to our servers for storage. Data leaves your device only when you choose to export or share content, for example as a PDF or audio file.
4. App Permissions
AI.Note may request only the permissions needed for core features:
- Microphone access: to record audio notes.
- File/share access: only when you initiate export or sharing.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple App Store. AI.Note does not receive or store your payment card details.
6. Third-Party Services
If you share content to another app or service, that service processes the content under its own privacy policy.
7. Security
Your data is protected by iOS device-level security. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID for additional protection.
8. Children's Privacy
AI.Note does not intentionally collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe there is a privacy issue, contact us via the contact details provided on the App Store listing.
9. Your Data Control
Because data is stored locally, you are in full control. You can delete notes in the app at any time or remove the app from your device.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
11. Terms of Use
Terms of use are governed by Apple's Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
